KAPi Award Entry Form

The deadline for submissions to the 2014 KAPi Awards is November 1, 2013.

Because of the costs in administering the contest, there is now a $299 application fee for submitting a product for nomination. (You may still nominate a person for the Pioneer Award at no charge.)

4 – $1,049.00
5 – $1,299.00
