FISHER-PRICE® LAUNCHES UNIQUE “MOMENTS TO SHARE”™
APPLICATION BUILT ON FACEBOOK® PLATFORM

EAST AURORA, N.Y. – March 18, 2010 – Fisher-Price, Inc. (a subsidiary of Mattel, Inc. NASDAQ:MAT) today launched the innovative, new “Moments to Share”™ application, built on Facebook® Platform.  The unique application makes it easy for parents to record their child’s milestones and special moments in a dynamic timeline they easily create with digital photos, videos, dates, captions and stories.

“Fisher-Price views applications as unique types of brand engagement opportunities,” says Lisa Mancuso, Senior Vice President of Marketing, Fisher-Price. “Our new application, ‘Moments to Share,’  offers the 22 million moms on Facebook a unique and easy tool to organize and share their special family moments while also getting exposure to age-related parenting content and product suggestions.”

Photos and videos can be easily uploaded to “Moments to Share” from a computer or existing Facebook albums to create a personalized timeline by adding date, location, caption and even a short story about the moment.  Additional moments can be added to their scrollable, digital timeline as their child grows.  Plus, parents can control with whom they share their moments – a select group of family and friends or all of their Facebook friends. They can even allow select family and friends to post additional photos and videos to their timeline.

The application is free and is available in Beta format now via http://apps.facebook.com/momentstoshare.

Fisher-Price enlisted social media and consumer engagement agency, Big Fuel Communications, Inc., to help conceive, develop and manage the “Moments to Share” application and outreach campaign.  “Moms are on Facebook every day, sharing photos and videos with friends and family members,” said Avi Savar, CEO of Big Fuel.  “This application connects the Fisher-Price brand to Moms in such a unique and relevant way — and that’s what Social Media is all about.”
